We offer a variety of payment methods to ensure maximum flexibility. You can pay conveniently with credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and other providers. Alternatively, PayPal is available to you – either directly via your PayPal account or as a guest payment with credit card or direct debit. We also support digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Depending on the country, you can also use local payment methods such as SEPA Direct Debit, Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact and others. For European customers, there is also the option to pay via SEPA bank transfer. All payments are processed securely via PayPal and Stripe so that you can always choose the most convenient option for you.
We ship worldwide safely and quickly with DHL. All orders leave our warehouse on weekdays within 24 hours.
Shipping costs: Standard shipping is free within Germany (Express €9.90). In Europe (incl. UK & Switzerland) we charge €14.90 (Express €34.90) – from €300 we deliver free of shipping costs here.
Internationally, we deliver free of charge from €500. Below that, the following flat rates apply: Middle East €24.90, USA/Canada & Asia €29.90, Rest of the World €39.90. Express options are available worldwide (from €54.90).

Delivery times: Germany 1–3 working days, Europe 2–5 working days, International 5–10 working days. You will automatically receive a tracking link by email after dispatch.
As soon as your order has been packed and made available for collection, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. To view the status of your order, click on the tracking number.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt. Please note that sale items can only be exchanged but not returned. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition – free from traces such as perfume or deodorant – and returned in the undamaged original packaging. After approval of your return or exchange, you have three working days to ship the item.
For returns within Germany, we charge a flat fee of €5.90, which will be deducted from your refund. After approval, you will receive a pre-filled return label by email, which you simply print out and stick on your package. You can start the return process here or contact our customer service directly. Every return is carefully checked to ensure that all requirements are met. This depends on the delivery country. Outside the EU, import sales tax, customs duties or service fees of the shipping service provider may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price.
Yes — within the EU, our prices already include the respective country-specific VAT. Outside the EU, German VAT is automatically removed.
For EU customers, VAT is calculated based on the country of delivery. Buyers outside the EU pay net prices without VAT.
