1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop www.k2noor.com within Germany, the European Union (EU), and the United Kingdom.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Place binding order” button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include the statutory VAT for customers from Germany and the EU. Customers in the UK are responsible for any additional duties and fees that may apply.

We ship worldwide – secure, fast, and reliable with DHL.

We offer free standard shipping within Germany. Optional express shipping is available for €9.90.

All orders are shipped on working days within 24 hours.
After shipping, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These are not included in the displayed total price and are to be borne by the recipient. Value added tax is calculated according to the EU OSS regulation. For orders outside the EU, delivery is made without German value added tax according to §6 UStG (export delivery).
5. Payment methods
The following payment methods are available:
5.1 Payment options via PayPal, which include the following payment methods:
- PayPal Wallet: Customers can pay directly with their PayPal account.
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others (depending on the country).
- Direct debit: Payments directly from the customer’s bank account.
- Purchase on account (PayPal Pay Later): Available in certain countries, e.g. Germany.
- Local payment methods: Depending on the country, e.g. Giropay or Sofortüberweisung in Germany.
- Installment payments: In selected markets for larger amounts.
5.2 Payment options via Stripe, which include the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.
- SEPA direct debit: For bank withdrawals in Europe.
- Bank transfers: SEPA transfers or other local transfer methods.
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay.
Klarna: For installment or immediate payments (e.g. Sofortüberweisung). - Local payment methods: iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc.
- Cryptocurrencies: In some cases, depending on integration.
- Revolut Pay, Satispay, Vipps: Further modern payment methods in certain regions.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days. The period begins on the day you or a third party named by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a declaration via email to: returns@k2noor.com.
Note: There is no right of withdrawal for goods that have been worn, damaged, or customized.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of incorrect or damaged delivery.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of KoNo GbR until full payment has been made.
8. Warranty and Liability for Defects
Statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or a refund.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country of residence remain unaffected.
